Traditional Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients

  • 150 g ground coconut
  • 110 g granulated sugar
  • 1 medium egg
  • 50 g Lurpak cow milk butter
  • 1 vanillin
  • lemon or orange zest

Method

In a bowl, add all the ingredients, with the melted butter, and mix until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
Then, line a baking pan with parchment paper, form balls of the desired size and place them on the baking pan.
Finally, bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees fan, for about 15-16 minutes.
