Ingredients
- 375 gr. Milk couverture chocolate ION
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
Optional
- 50 gr. mixed dried fruits and nuts
Method
In a bain marie, combine the milk couverture chocolate and sweetened condensed
milk, stirring continuously until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
If desired, add the dried fruits and nuts to the mixture and stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into a rectangular cake pan lined with parchment paper.
Place the pan in the refrigerator and allow the fudge to set until firm.
Once set, remove the fudge from the pan and cut it into pieces of your desired size.
