- 350 gr. walnuts
- 100 gr. powdered sugar
- 20 ml cognac or rum
- 40 gr. jam of your choice
- Orange zest
- 125 gr. classic ION chocolate
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the chocolate and mix until
you achieve a homogeneous mixture.
Next, shape the mixture into truffles of the desired size and place them on a plate
lined with non-stick paper.
Place the plate in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Immediately afterward, melt the 125 grams of chocolate in a bain- marie
After the chocolate has melted, remove it from the bain- marie and add the
remaining 25 grams, stirring well until fully melted.
Once the truffles have been in the refrigerator for twenty minutes and are ready, dip
them into the melted chocolate using two forks.
Place them on non-stick paper and let the chocolate coating set until it hardens.
