- 140 g cow milk butter
- 150 g ION PÂTISSERIE white chocolate couverture
- 200 g brown sugar
- 3 medium eggs
- 230 g all-purpose flour
- 150 g dried fruit
Place the butter and brown sugar in a pot over low heat, and stir with a hand whisk until the sugar dissolves.
Then, chop the white chocolate couverture, remove the pot from the stove and add the white chocolate pieces to the mixture. Whisk well until completely combined.
Right after, add the flour, the eggs, and finally the dried fruit, while stirring constantly with a mariz.
When the mixture is ready, line a baking pan with parchment paper and empty the mixture into it. Bake in a preheated oven on the middle oven rack, at 190-200 C fan for 20 minutes.
