- 250 g ION pâtisserie white chocolate couverture
- 80 g peanut butter
- 150 g dried fruit and nut mix
Place the white chocolate couverture and peanut butter over a bain-marie, and stir with a mariz until completely combined.
Then, remove from the stove and add the dried fruit and nut mix. Stir in the mix very well with the mariz.
Right after, line a large serving plate with parchment paper spread the mixture, and form it in a rectangular shape. Make the bars as thick as you prefer.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Next, when the mixture is cool enough, cut the bars to the size of your preference with a sharp knife.
Store the bars in the fridge, into a sealed bowl.
