Ingredients
- 400gr. ARLA protein cottage cheese
- 3 medium eggs
- 60gr. corn flour
- 90gr. Sugar
- 60gr. yogurt
- Orange zest
For garnish
- Sugar-free jam
Method
In a pitcher, place all our ingredients, with sugar being the last one.
Next, using a hand blender, mix all our ingredients until we have a homogeneous
mixture.
Finally, pour the mixture into a 20cm baking tray lined with parchment paper, and
bake in a preheated oven at 180 C in a air mode for approximately half an hour.
Garnish with sugar-free jam.
