White Chocolate Ice Cream with Pistachio

Ingredients

  • 250 ml Fresh whole milk
  • 50 gr. Sugar
  • 375 gr. White chocolate ION
  • 300 ml Full fat heavy cream
  • 50 gr. Pistachios
  • 100 gr. Cranberries

 

Method
In a saucepan, heat the milk with the sugar and remove it just before it boils.

Immediately after pour it into a bowl where you have already placed the chopped
white chocolate.

Let it sit for a minute, then stir with a spatula until the chocolate is completely melted.

Add the cold heavy cream and mix well.

Finally, add the crushed pistachios and the cranberries.

Stir for the last time and pour the mixture into a rectangular cake mold.

Cover with cling film that touches the surface of the mixture and place it in the freezer
for 4-5 hours.
